The Patriot Ledger (Quincy, Mass.): Patrons of an Uno Chicago Grill restaurant in Braintree, Mass., were recharged this month for every credit card bill incurred there during the past six months, an Uno corporate spokesperson said.
 
The restaurant's computer hard drive failed, and when the store restored it, it reprocessed up to six months of credit-card transactions, the spokesman said.
