DETROIT — Pizzeria chain Little Caesars has selected New Orleans as a key growth market, the company has announced.   Little Caesars plans to open 30 locations throughout the New Orleans area over the next 10 years, which will employ approximately 900 local residents. Currently, there are three Little Caesars locations in the New Orleans suburbs of Terrytown, Harvey and Marrero.
