Toronto Star: Priszm Income Fund, which operates 484 KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut and Long John Silver's outlets in Canada, has unveiled a massive restructuring plan that includes closing 25 restaurants, selling 120 others and temporarily cutting distributions to the fund's shareholders.  Priszm officials said the decision was in response to rising costs and marketing missteps.
