PITTSBURGH — Vocelli Pizza, operater of more than 110 units in the eastern United States, is fostering its expansion with the use of a call center, the company has announced.
Call center personnel will take orders for stores from Pennsylvania to Washington D.C. to Florida.
A new Vocelli Pizza opened in Lanham, Md., and is using the 800 call center number. The Lanham store is the 41st in the Washington D.C. area.
Vocelli Pizza's call center is staffed with more than 120 team members, who process approximately 40,000 calls a week using software that integrates internet and telephone technology. Customer information is saved for repeat orders and accurate deliveries.
