VANCOUVER, Wash — Papa Murphy's International Inc. has named Clarice Turner to the position of president and chief operating officer, effective May 14.
 
Turner joins Papa Murphy's following a 16-year stint with Taco Bell, a subsidiary of Louisville, Ky.-based Yum Brands Inc.
 
Turner attended Fudan University in Shanghai, China, and the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, and earned a bachelor's degree in geology from San Francisco State University. Turner also holds an M.B.A. from San Francisco State University.
