EVERETT, Wash. — Garlic Jim's Famous Gourmet Pizza announced this week that they will be implementing Calgary, Alberta-based Ethor Media Ltd.'s online ordering service chain-wide, beginning in the summer of 2007.
 
"We fully expect online ordering to be a major part of our operation moving forward", said Lex Nepomuceno, Garlic Jim's chief marketing officer. "In this day and age, you can't afford not to offer your customers the ability to order online."
 
Garlic Jim's has grown from two open units in 2004 to 36 open units and 93 franchises sold in 2006. In addition to current locations in Oregon, Arizona, Pennsylvania and Washington, Garlic Jim's has units under development in California, New Jersey, Denver and Dallas.
