BlueMauMau: Newly introduced legislation in Tennessee and Kansas has organizations such as the National Franchisee Association reacting to the proposed measures. On Jan. 31, Kansas introduced Bill 2321, the Kansas Responsible Franchise Practices Act, relating to franchise contracts.
 
And in February, Tennessee legislators launched Senate Bill 367 and House Bill 322, both targeting similar issues.
