CLEVELAND — O-Web Technologies, designers of the eOrderManager online ordering software package, announced that it has changed the software's name to ONOSYS.
According to a news release, the change recognizes "the online ordering marketplace has grown to include several similarly named companies," said Stan Garber, senior sales manager for O-Web. "So we are taking steps to distinguish ONOSYS from the rest of the market and stress our unique online ordering platform, proprietary upselling technologies, marketing programs and 24-7 customer service."
ONOSYS' new look and capabilities can be viewed at its new Web site onosys.com.
The new company name will be marked by the launch of ONOSYS 2.0. This new version incorporates proprietary artificial intelligence technology to analyze ordering patterns and upsell appropriate menu items.
"ONOSYS 2.0 incorporates a completely self-managed artificial intelligence upselling mechanism that we developed with the help of the best faculty minds at Case Western Reserve University," said Oleg Fridman, senior information manager.
ONOSYS' clients include Rascal House Pizza, Pizza Pan, Chili's, Quiznos Sub, Ledo Pizza, Finish Line Pizza, Pyro Grill, and Manny & Olga's Pizza.
