The Charlotte Observer: Serial entrepreneur Nolan Bushnell founded the Chuck E. Cheese's chain of pizza and playland restaurants nearly three decades ago. Now, he wonders whether the Cheese has aged well.
 
"Chuck E. Cheese's should be an innovative entertainment place," said Bushnell. "It's still animals, attractions ... I don't see a lot of innovation or change. I think it's gotten a little stagnant."
