IRVING, Texas — orderTalk Inc. and the Pizza, Pasta and Italian Food Association (PAPA) in the United Kingdom have entered into a strategic alliance for the supply of online ordering and call center interface technology to PAPA members.
According to a news release, orderTalk provides outsourced and managed order-taking solutions designed for the dine-in, carryout, catering and quick-service restaurant markets. Its online ordering software combines the ability to handle telephone ordering either at an in-house or outsourced call center, allowing operators to concentrate on making and delivering food.
All orders are transmitted by fax, printer unit or directly into a POS system to the relevant store or restaurant. The system serves small and large companies, and has particular appeal for those with multiple sites or franchised businesses.
