Columbus Business Journal: Donatos Pizza didn't close seven Philadelphia-area stores in May because they weren't profitable. Rather, the 173-unit chain wants to focus on development of its new "right sized" pizzeria design and move away from larger and more expensive models adopted when owned by McDonald's Corp.
