Boston Herald: A gun-toting robber wanted for a slew of fast-food stickups got more than he ordered yesterday when a pizza delivery man carrying two Italian subs and sodas turned out to be a Boston cop.

Sgt. Detective William Gross, who set up the sting, swiftly moved in. "I yelled to the kid, 'Drop it! Drop the gun!' When he turned his attention to me, Officer Canuto knocked the gun from his hand," Gross said. "It was excellent teamwork."
