JACKSONVILLE, Fla.—Coffee lovers can get their afternoon pick-me-up at The Loop Pizza Grill thanks to a new hand-dipped, coffee-flavored milkshake dubbed the Loop-accino.
According to a news release, the Loop-accino combines rich, creamy vanilla ice cream and robust coffee to offer the perfect afternoon indulgence. Three flavor varieties are available—original, mocha and caramel—and they'll be available starting May 15.
The Loop's co-founder and chief executive Mike Schneider said the restaurant is offering the frozen drink to accommodate the evolving tastes of guests.
"Guests love our milkshakes so much—some say they are addictive—we decided to expand our flavor selection," said Schneider. "And, with the current coffee craze sweeping the country, we thought, why not offer a specially blended coffee milkshake for our guests to enjoy?"
Headquartered in Jacksonville, Fla., there are 27 Loop Pizza Grills open throughout the Southeast United States. An additional 70 locations are under construction and or under contract throughout the region.
