CHICAGO—Attendees of the 2006 National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show needing design help can get it for free in the Ask the Design Experts consultation area.
According to a news release, the service is created in cooperation with the Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI), and will feature leading front- and back-of-the-house restaurant-industry design professionals who will be available for free, private consultations throughout the Show, held May 20-23, at McCormick Place in Chicago.
Ask the Design Experts will be located in booth No. 1083, in the South Hall on Level 3. Attendees can receive free counsel on issues ranging from enhancing the atmosphere and ambiance of their establishment for guest satisfaction, to maximizing operational efficiency and kitchen flow. Consultations will be available for 30-minute one-on-one sessions by appointment or walk-in Saturday through Monday and by appointment-only on Tuesday, the last day of the show. Starting in April, attendees can make appointments online by visiting the "Events" section of the Show Web site, www.restaurant.org/show.
