NEVADA, Iowa — Burke Corporation, an industry-leading provider of fully cooked meat products, is launching a flat version of its authentic-tasting traditional Italian-style meatballs under its Premoro brand.
According to a news release, the new product blends beef, pork, authentic Italian seasonings and cheeses, formed into consistent 0.6-ounce flat and fully cooked meatballs. Each meatball also is individually quick-frozen to maintain freshness and shelf life. The result is an easier-to-handle and quicker-to-reheat product that improves efficiency on the cook line.
Premoro flat meatballs are ideal for premium Italian menu applications including pizza and pasta, sub and grinder sandwiches, casseroles and appetizers.
