TEMPLE, Texas — McLane Company Inc. announced in an Aug. 25 press release the signing of a distribution agreement with La Raza Pizza Inc. to continue providing support to 51 Pizza Hut restaurants in Indianapolis and expanding service to 20 new locations in New Mexico and west Texas.
La Raza president Gene Camarena said, "The service I have received from the McLane team has been tremendous. The technological benefits of electronic order entry and online invoicing make things easy and thanks to McLane, I am able to price at a very competitive level."
The Indianapolis restaurants will continue to be serviced out of McLane's Cincinnati Distribution Center, while most of the locations in New Mexico and west Texas will be supported by McLane's Arlington, Texas center. A few will be supported from Phoenix.
