LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The North America Pizza & Ice Cream Show, sponsored by PizzaMarketplace.com and the National Frozen Dessert and Fast Food Association, will be held in Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 27-28. According to a news release, 200 companies will exhibit international and regional pizza and ice cream products, including equipment, paper and plastic goods, pizza sauces, cheeses, ingredients, toppings, ice cream soft-serve mixes, and ice cream cones.
NAPICS, which is designed by operators in the ice cream and pizza industries, focuses on practical solutions for business matters, the release noted.
The show also will offer guidance for small business operators in the areas of human resources, design and marketing.
