* Company Operator of the Year: General Manager, Bill Boucher, Indianapolis.
* Company Operator of the Year: Director of Operations, Andrew Grennie, Lexington, Ky.
* International Franchise Group Operator of the Year: PJI Korea Co., Ltd., South Korea market.
* United Kingdom Franchise Operator of the Year: Giacomo Defilippo, Crawley, England.
* U.S. Franchise Operators of the Year (three winners):
Single Restaurant: Hinkle Enterprises, Elizabethtown, Ky.
Small Group: Lan-Switch Enterprises, Columbus, Ga.
Large Group: North Central Virginia Restaurants (no headquarters listed).
