CUDAHY, Wis.—Patrick Cudahy Inc. (PCI), a manufacturer of pizza toppings and specialty sliced meats, announced it is adding onto its current state-of-the-art distribution center.
According to a news release, the expansion is part of a seven-year, $110 million expansion plan slated for completion this fall. The new facility will be 27,000 total square feet and provide room for logistical plant support. With the addition, the current size of the overall operating plant will be almost 1.1 million square feet.
"We're pleased to mark our 116th anniversary with vital growth plans (while) keeping jobs in Wisconsin." said Roger Kapella, COO and president at PCI.
Patrick Cudahy employs almost 1,800, and it imports and exports products throughout the world.
