TALLAHASSEE, Fla.—A female pizza delivery driver was robbed and raped by a group of teenagers, including a 13-year-old, Tallahassee police said Monday.
According to The Associated Press, the teenagers called the pizzeria to place an order, supplied a fake address and then flagged down the driver as she turned onto their street on the night of Jan. 4. The four teens then forced her out of the car, robbed and raped her and took the car, police said.
When the driver did not return from the run, police were called to investigate. When officers spotted her car, a chase ensued and the driver rammed the stolen vehicle into a police car. All four teens fled the scene on foot; two were caught immediately and the other two were arrested later.
Arrested were Justin Truette, 19, along with three juveniles, ages 17, 16 and 13. All were charged with armed robbery, armed carjacking and kidnapping. All but the 17-year-old were charged with raping the driver.
All remain in police custody.
Police also charged the teens with robbing delivery drivers from another pizza restaurant on Jan. 1, and a Chinese restaurant on Jan. 3.
