• Tennessee gets first Pizza Hut-Pasta Bravo cobrand restaurant

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. -- Yum! Brands will roll out its first Pizza Hut-Pasta Bravo restaurant here in October. According to the Leaf-Chronicle, construction is already underway at the site.

Franchisee Carl Carreca told the paper the restaurant will seat 124 and be somewhat like an Olive Garden. The menu will include traditional Pizza Hut pies and delivery, along with specialty pastas, salads and desserts. The concept will also include a wine bar.

Construction costs are estimated at $330,300.

Carreca's family owned franchise company operates 12 other Pizza Huts.

Following the opening of the first cobrand unit, Carreca is planning another for July 2004.
