ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Domino's Pizza has appointed Lynn M. Liddle as its executive vice president of communications and investor relations.
Liddle joins Domino's Pizza from Valassis (NYSE: VCI), a leading marketing and promotional services firm that posted $850 million in revenues in 2001. Liddle worked there since 1981 in marketing and investment areas, and most recently served as vice president of investor relations and public relations. In 1992, she led internal and external communication during Valassis' initial public offering, which generated nearly $1 billion.
She will report to chairman and chief executive officer, David A. Brandon (also a Valassis veteran), and work closely with chief financial officer Harry Silverman.
"Lynn Liddle brings significant talent and experience to this newly created role at Domino's Pizza," Brandon said.
Liddle's responsibilities will include building an investor relations program for Domino's, while leading the company's internal and external communications.
She holds a BBA from Western Michigan University and is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), where she is past president of NIRI Detroit.
