First quarter '02 revenue and earnings off at Noble Roman's

INDIANAPOLIS -- Noble Roman's, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: NROM) posted net income of $195,000 on $1.4 million in revenues, according to an April 19 release. During the same period last year, net income was $208,000 on $1.4 million in revenues.

EPS for the quarter was 1 cent, compared to 2 cents for the same period in 2001.

Income from royalties and fees for the quarter were $1.3 million, compared to $1.2 million for the same period in 2001.

Noble Roman's is a franchisor of pizza-focused foodservice operations. Its non-traditional and co-branded franchises are either operating or under contract to operate in 43 U.S. states, plus Puerto Rico, Guam, Italy and Canada.
