• Bertucci's makes Barbrick president, COO

NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. (Nov. 12) — Bertucci's Corp. promoted company veteran Rick Barbrick to president and chief operating officer. He most recently was executive vice president and chief operating officer for the company.

The 75-unit hearth- baked-pizza-specialty dinnerhouse chain also promoted Paul Seidman to senior vice president of food and beverage and procurement, Mark Eason to vice president of restaurant operations and Kurt Schnaubelt to senior vice president of finance and administration.
