• Pizza Inn continues Kentucky expansion

DALLAS - Pizza Inn Inc., building on the opening of a buffet-style restaurant in Whitley City, Ky., this past October, has announced plans to further its expansion into eastern Kentucky.

Pizza Inn has signed an agreement with Pikeville, Ky.-based Food Court Solutions to open Pizza Inn Express restaurants at food courts in three eastern Kentucky towns - West Liberty, Salyersville, and Stanton. The restaurants will begin opening in March.

The Whitley City restaurant is the first co-branded facility opened by Pizza Inn and seafood restaurant Long John Silver's.
