Papa Murphy's International has announced that it secured for the second year in a row a spot in Zagat's Annual Fast Food Survey. America's largest take 'n' bake pizza chain ranks second in the "Top Food" and fourth in the "Top Service" categories.
No other large pizza chain was ranked in the top five in any category. Chains also ranked in these categories include In-N-Out Burger, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Chipotle Mexican Grill and Chick-fil-A.
"This survey shows that it's product quality that consumers are seeking - it goes beyond just price," said John Barr, chairman and CEO at Papa Murphy's. "The Papa Murphy's value equation is rooted in the freshest ingredients and, ultimately, an affordable, quality meal solution. These rankings further underscore the legacy Papa Murphy's has established in other consumer-voted surveys over the past decade."
Zagat's survey covered 97 major fast food chains and 29 full service chains and were voted on by 6,518 ZAGAT.com diners. Full survey results for the quick-service restaurant category are available on www.ZAGAT.com/fastfood.
