Yum! Brands, parent company of A&W, KFC, Long John Silver's, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell restaurants, has signed a distribution deal with McLane Foodservice Inc. to be its exclusive provider of products.

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed, according to Business First of Louisville, where Yum!'s headquarters are located.

Yum! has more than 37,000 restaurants in more than 110 countries. The deal was signed by United Foodservice Purchasing Co-op LLC, the exclusive purchasing agent for Yum!

The master distribution agreement becomes effective as of Jan. 1, 2011, and continues through Dec. 31, 2016, unless earlier terminated pursuant to its terms.

McLane is based out of Temple, Texas.
