NEXTEP Systems has announced an upgraded interface with SpeedLine’s pizza and delivery point of sale that provides live menu updates from the POS to a restaurant’s online and mobile ordering applications, kiosks and digital menu boards.
“The SpeedLine price-sync feature ensures that all points of order and display are real-time accurate, without the need for redundant data entry,” said NEXTEP president Tommy Woycik.
Menu and pricing updates at the point of sale are communicated in real time to every connected NEXTEP order and display system—including online and mobile ordering interfaces, self-service kiosks and digital menu boards.
“Using new capabilities in SpeedLine OrderLink Gateway, NEXTEP can help a restaurant operator connect more order and display options to the POS without the burden of managing menu changes individually for each of them,” said SpeedLine vice-president of development Terry Haan.
