Two Domino’s Pizza multi-unit franchises in the Caribbean have contracted Servant Systems’ Domino’s Pulse Polling software to streamline operations.
Domino’s Pizza Guatemala, which oversees 30 outlets, and Domino’s Pizza Jamaica, which includes nine stores, have joined Domino’s Pizza Dominican Republic in commissioning the Ann Arbor, Mich.-based software developer to implement the system.
Domino's Pizza also is headquartered in Ann Arbor.
Additionally, the Jamaican units are implementing another Servant Systems product, the Domino's Pulse Franchise Office System, which integrates a multiple-unit franchisee's financial, payroll and overtime, and general ledger accounts with the chain’s system-wide PULSE in-store order entry system.
In the United States, 26 multi-unit Domino's franchises comprising of more than 800 stores have been using the Domino's Pulse Polling software since it was first deployed in 2010 as a companion to the Franchise Office System.
The Polling software displays a dashboard to users while simultaneously polling multiple stores as information is updated. It also stores database backups and selected reports for multiple years with immediate access to those reports.
Servant Systems, a Microsoft Network Partner since 1992, is a software solutions provider to international franchise systems and other multi-unit organizations.
