Georgia-based Mellow Mushroom is set to open two new locations in Ohio and Arizona.
On March 14, a Mellow Mushroom unit will open in Dublin, Ohio, a suburb of Columbus. Jon, Jan, Colby, Luke and Jessica Zacharich will operate the location, their second in the Columbus area.
“We are extremely happy to be a part of the Dublin community and cannot wait to serve delicious pizza and an exciting environment to the great people of Dublin,” said Colby Zacharich.
The Dublin menu will include a variety of pizzas, hoagies, salads, calzones and a new optional crust that is gluten-free. It will also feature a full bar and 100 craft beers, trivia nights, live music, an exclusive Beer Club, 20 flat screen televisions, a year-round patio and unique artwork designed by local artists in the community.
Tempe, Arizona set to open
Also on March 14, another Mellow Mushroom location will open in Tempe, Ariz., the second in the state behind Phoenix.
The unit will be located close to the Arizona State University campus and will feature the full Mellow Mushroom menu, as well as one of the largest collections of graffiti artwork in the state. The graffiti art collage consists of 44 original pieces and was created by 12 artists.
The Tempe unit will also feature a separate retail area where customers can checkout and purchase Mellow Gear.
