Getting a pizza fix is even easier for Donatos Pizza customers since the company launched its new online ordering system.
"We think customers will be pleased with how user-friendly the new online ordering site is," said Todd Young, vice president of operations for Donatos Pizza. "The new platform makes ordering simpler, with fewer clicks, and is now twice as fast as our original system."
Customers will find several new features on the revamped online ordering site. The features include:
- A drag-and-drop cart that allows users to add items to their order and customize those items, including Donatos' signature pizzas.
- A quick and easy payment system that allows customers to pay for their orders on one page.
- A new profile page that holds multiple delivery addresses, favorite orders and order history.
- A coupon tab where customers can enter their zip codes and find deals unique to their specific locations.
- New animation that includes photos of each product on the menu.
"We believe it's important to give our customers a variety of ways to access Donatos products," Young said. "The new online ordering system gives them another convenient way to get their favorite pizzas, salads, subs and sides."
