California Pizza Kitchen opened its 12th restaurant in Mexico. The new location is in Metepec, a city located east of Toluca, and is under the direction of CPK franchise partner Grupo Calpik, S.A.P.I. de C.V.
The 4,650 square-foot CPK seats about 224 people and is in the Galerias Metepec shopping center. Home to more than 130 retail stores, Galerias Metepec is anchored by popular outlets such as Lacoste, Bebe, Liverpool and Sears.
The menu featues CPK's usuals, including BBQ Chicken Pizza, Waldorf Chicken Salad, Kung Pao Spaghetti and Avocado Egg Rolls.
It also offers an extensive beverage menu from its full bar, including the CPK Ultimate Margarita and other signatures, including the Original Recipe Mojitos.
Additional Mexican CPK restaurants are in: Guadalajara, Cancun and Mexico City suburbs Lomas Verdes, Bosques de Las Lomas, Polanco District, Santa Fe, Coyoacán and Satelite.
