A San Diego-based venture capital firm, Sycamore Ventures, has acquired ownership control of Papa Bello Enterprises Inc. Under the terms of the acquisition, Papa Bello Enterprises has become a majority-owned subsidiary of Sycamore Ventures, according to fesmag.com.

Papa Bello Enterprises, a multi-concept restaurant operator and franchisor, first opened Papa Bello Pizza, a full-service restaurant in Hannibal, Mo., It later expanded its lineup to include Kebab Café, Pastores Italian Bistro and Royal India Express.
