California Pizza Kitchen opened a full-service restaurant at Stoneridge Shopping Center in Pleasanton, Calif., today and will give 100 percent of dine-in proceeds to charity on Sept. 13.
The 6,000-square-foot restaurant is on the lower level of Stoneridge Shopping Center's southwest side, just steps away from the former CPK ASAP fast casual location. The restaurant seats 222 guests and includes outdoor patio seating. Hours of operation are from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.
Grand opening plans include the Sept. 13th charity day benefitting the Tri-Valley YMCA. The CPK menu will feature old favorites as well as new items. It will also have an extensive beverage menu from its full bar, including the new Strawberry Mojito and popular favorites such as the Asian Plum Martini and Paloma.
