Michigan-based Jet's Pizza will launch a new Buffalo Chicken Pizza in March, just in time for the NCAA Basketball Tournament and spring break.
"Customers are demanding a different flavor profile, and hot and spicy is at the top of their wish list," said John Jetts, vice president of franchise marketing. "In consumer taste testing, our Buffalo Chicken Pizza tested very positively."
The new offering is topped with Jet's Premium Mozzarella Cheese, grilled white-meat chicken, red onions, mild yellow peppers and Frank's Red Hot Original Buffalo Sauce.
For an additional cost – and kick – guests can add ranch or bleu cheese dressing.
Jet's Buffalo Chicken pizza is available in all sizes. It joins the company's lineup of specialty pizzas, along with BBQ Chicken, BLT, Hawaiian, Chicken Parmesan, Super Special, All Meaty, Veggie, Grilled Chicken and the Jet 10.
There are more than 200 Jet's Pizza locations in 12 states, all of which offer five different pizza sizes and eight different flavored crusts.
