Domino's Pizza has named Kevin Vasconi as its executive vice president and chief information officer, effective March 19.
Vasconi, 51, succeeds Christopher McGlothlin, who left the company in 2011. He joins Domino's from Stanley Black & Decker - Stanley Security Solutions in Indianapolis, where he was chief information officer and vice president of engineering.
Prior to his role at Stanley Security Solutions, which designs security products for home and business, Vasconi spent eight years at R.L. Polk & Co., as senior vice president and chief information officer of Polk Global Automotive.
From 2000 to 2003, Vasconi was senior vice president and chief technology officer at Covisint LLC, at the time a joint venture between Ford, General Motors, Daimler Chrysler, Renault Nissan, Oracle and Commerce One.
He has also served in technology roles at Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Mich., and at Auto-xchange, a joint venture between Ford Motor Company and Oracle Corporation.

Domino's is already an established innovator in consumer technology, demonstrated by its industry leadership and the fact that it is among the top e-commerce businesses in the country and around the world," Vasconi said.
Vasconi received his bachelor of science degree in technology from Purdue University. He and his wife Lisa have four children.
