Unique Pizza and Subs Corporation, a Delaware Corporation, has signed a master franchise agreement with Henry Kassab of Unique Pizza of Michigan LLC.
Kassab has agreed to a 30-year master franchise agreement, which calls for his group to open more than 20 locations throughout the Michigan and available Southern California territories.
Kassab will work with Unique Pizza and Subs Corp. to open franchised locations, and his group will help market, train, order product, negotiate local deals, convert and open new locations.
"I have been blessed to know the Kassab family for about 6 years and it is a huge asset to bring Wilson Kassab (Henry's Father) and his highly regarded business acumen into our franchise," said James Vowler, president and CEO of Unique Pizza and Subs Corp.
