PJCOMM Acquisition Corp., a Baltimore-based company that operates 40 Papa John's units in Colorado and 32 in Minnesota, has put all of its restaurants up for sale.

According to the Denver Business Journal, the company has been operating under bankruptcy protection.

A buyer has already committed to four Papa John's restaurants in the Denver market.

PJCOMM has divided the sale by location – Denver, Colorado Springs, Colo., and Minnesota. Bidders and backup bidders are expected to be announced next week, with the Louisville, Ky.-based corporate office's approval.
