California Pizza Kitchen has added the HotSchedules solution to its 200-plus U.S. locations.
The solution includes web-based products that help restaurants lower labor costs and streamline the employee-scheduling process.
HotSchedules rolled out its integrated Workforce and Digital Logbook solutions at California Pizza Kitchen restaurants in July 2011. The implementation was completed in late 2011 and allows all locations to better manage and schedule their labor force, control costs, and communicate more easily with employees.
In addition, the HotSchedules suite of solutions will help CPK more accurately forecast sales and project labor needed in all of its locations.
The Workforce and Digital Logbook solutions will be implemented at every California Pizza Kitchen restaurant as the company continues to grow.
