HotSchedules has announced that it has formed a partnership with My Recruiting Center (MRC), a provider of paperless applicant-tracking systems and employee onboarding solutions, to provide a fully integrated single sign-on suite of labor-management and hiring solutions.
Features of MRC include a job template library, one-click advertising on a variety of job boards, applicant tracking, tax credit and background screenings, and paperless state and federal form completion, among other offerings. These expanded services from MRC will be offered by HotSchedules under a new name, GoHire, and are immediately available to HotSchedules clients on a pay-per-use or subscription basis.
“This partnership comes as a direct result of feedback we received from our customers, who told us they needed to have better, more integrated solutions for their existing hiring processes,” said Ray Pawlikowski, CEO of HotSchedules. “Rather than try to reinvent the wheel, we turned to the team at My Recruiting Center, already 12-year experts in this field, who can provide a solution that fits seamlessly into HotSchedules. My Recruitung Center is an Atlanta-based provider of web-based human-resource management systems and business-intelligence solutions. HotSchedules was founded in 1999 by restaurant-industry veterans and provides intuitive mobile and web-based scheduling, forecasting and employee-engagement solutions to the restaurant industry.
