Domino's UK has introduced three new Mexicano pizzas – chicken, beef and vegetarian.
The meat varieties feature chorizo with beef or chicken, red and green chilies, tomatoes and onions topped onto Domino's dough base, vine-ripened tomato sauce and 100 percent mozzarella cheese. The vegetarian version features the same veggie toppings but with added sweetcorn and spinach.
All of the Mexicano pizzas are topped off with a drizzle of sour cream.
Those seeking more heat can order the new Mexicano Stuffed Crust, with fresh green and red chilies, mozzarella cheese and a hint of garlic and herbs stuffed into Domino's dough crust.
To celebrate the new Mexicano range, Domino's is running a special prelaunch on Facebook to enable guests to try the pizzas before they go on general sale. For a limited period, fans of Domino's UK page can now order a large Mexicano pizza and receive £5 (about $7.80) off the usual pizza price.
"We wanted to inject a bit of Mexican sunshine and bring a bit of heat to pizza lovers this summer so we're delighted to launch the new Mexicano range. There is a strong trend for Mexican food at the moment and with two meat versions, a vegetarian one and a Mexicano Stuffed Crust too, there's something for everyone. We can't wait to hear what our amigos on Facebook think of the new range before it goes on general sale," said Simon Wallis, sales and marketing director at Domino's UK.
The Mexicano range will be available for general sale June 25. The Facebook prelaunch deal runs now through June 24.
