The Little Caesars Pizza Bowl will be played Dec. 26 at Ford Field in Detroit, and again in 2013. The Michigan-based pizza chain announced on Monday that it will sponsor two more post-regular season bowl games, according to the Detroit Free Press.

Little Caesars has sponsored the Pizza Bowl since 2009. The game features a Mid-American Conference team against a Big Ten team.

David Scrivano, president and CEO of Little Caesars Pizza, said in a statement, "We are especially pleased to participate in the Midwest's only major college bowl game and support a bowl that is a national showcase for college athletics."
