A new museum-restaurant devoted entirely to pizza is set to open next month in Philadelphia.
The location is the brainchild of Brian Dwyer who, according to NPR, owns the world's largest collection of pizza-related items. The museum will display some of his memorabilia, which includes more than 1,000 toys, a troll doll in an "I Love Pizza apron" and more.
Dwyer is opening the museum-restaurant, which will be called Pizza Brain, because he thinks there is a need.
"We want this place to feel like [an] interactive art installation," Dwyer told NPR. "Instead of just putting it all in a bunch of cases that are very linear and sterile, where you just kind of stare at it and say 'There's a thing' and walk away, this is like, 'Oh! What's this little thing? ... There's a pizza face!' "
The restaurant component will feature artisan pizzas.
