Russo's New York Pizzeria and Russo's Coal-Fired Italian Kitchen, owned by Chef Anthony Russo, is in the middle of an aggressive expansion plan, with 26 units in development, and five expected to open by the end of the year.
The 28-unit company began using Revention POS in 2008 and has announced that it will continue to rollout the solution as it expands. It will also add Revention's online ordering platform, HungerRush, in new units.
As the pizzeria celebrates 20 years in business, franchise deals have been signed throughout the Middle East, with the first international location scheduled to open this month in Dubai. Locations are also planned for Saudi Arabia, The United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Qatar.
