It's time to 'Monkey' around at Fast Casual Executive Summit

With this year's Fast Casual Executive Summit just a few weeks away, FastCasual.com's editor, Cherryh Butler, sat down with MonkeyMedia's Erle Dardick to chat about why restaurant leaders shouldn't miss the Summit.

Dardick is moderating the CEO Roundtable, which includes the CEOs of Firehouse Subs, McAlister's Deli, Burger Lounge, Salsarita's and Beautiful Brands International. The CEOs of Fazoli's, Sbarro, Forklift Brands, Nando’s Peri-Peri and Chop’t Creative Salad Company will speak on additional panels.

More than 100 CEOs and executives have already registered to attend the event that starts Oct. 21 and runs through Oct. 23.
