Uncle Maddio's Pizza Joint has launched a catering operation with a broad menu to accommodate various gatherings.
The menu includes vegan and gluten-free options, and features Uncle Maddio's handmade pizza with ingredients such as locally-grown vegetables, free-range and hormone-free chicken, organic greens and handmade meatballs and sausages.
Uncle Maddio's has six different "catering packs" to fit a variety of budget. The chain offers its complete pizza menu, signature salads and a "box lunch" with Panini, as well as desserts and drinks. Most catering orders can be processed for same-day delivery or pick up.
A designated professional catering manager is assigned to each order, assuring consistent, high-level service for each occasion.
"Our catering program aims to demonstrate the quality, efficiency, and superstar service that a customer receives when they walk into an Uncle Maddio's restaurant," said Matt Andrew, Uncle Maddio's founder and chief pizza maker. "By that measure, our catering program has a lot to live up to! So far, we've more than exceeded those expectations."
