Granbury Restaurant Solutions has completed the asset acquisition of R-Stream LLC, providers of enterprise management and point-of-sale solutions to the restaurant industry. R-Stream, based in St. Petersburg, Fla., was founded in 2002, with a primary focus of gathering and analyzing data for large restaurant organizations.
"The addition of R-Stream to our growing stable of solutions adds a tremendously powerful enterprise management product, as well as significant expertise in working with large QSR franchise organizations," said Tom Bronson, Granbury CEO. "We are thrilled to welcome their clients to Granbury and look forward to integrating their solutions with our current offerings."
R-Stream's signature data warehouse product offers a complete above-store management tool with detailed sales analysis reporting, labor management, inventory and food cost management, team communication tools, integrated webcam surveillance and streaming music. Proactive network management and monitoring services are also available.

Terms of the asset purchase, which was completed this week, were not disclosed.
