The company, which was founded in 1959 by the Monical family, operates 66 restaurants in Indiana, Illinois and Wisconsin. The company tries to respond to customer questions and concerns from its 78,000-plus Facebook followers, and is working to do the same on Twitter as well. Monical's menu includes a gluten-free pizza, and the company's online store features its in-house Sweet & Tart French dressing.
