Steven C. McCormick has been named as president and CEO of the United Foodservice Purchasing Co-op LLC, the supply chain management organization for Yum! Brands' KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell.

According to Louisville Business First, McCormick replaces Daniel E. Woodside, who retired.

Like Yum! Brands, UFPC is also based out of Louisville, Ky. The organization negotiates purchases of equipment, food, packaging and more for restaurant operators.

UFPC also works with the A&W and Long John Silver's systems, which were sold by Yum! Brands last year.
