Firehouse CEO Don Fox will keynote The National Food Service Security Council Aug. 4-7 in Las Vegas.

As head of Firehouse of America, Fox leads the strategic, nationwide growth of Firehouse Subs. He also serves as its chief spokesperson, sits on various boards of influence in the restaurant community including recently being appointed to the National Restaurant Association Board of Directors.
Under his leadership, the brand has grown from 65 restaurants to more than 580 restaurants in 34 states and Puerto Rico.
